Mudam LuxembourgDrop-In! Jardin des possibles18h00 – 23h00The Jardin des sculptures becomes a space for experimentation. led by artist Léa Valet, participants of all ages can imagine and create their own possible sculptures. Through drawing and writing, their gestures will become a constantly evolving collective landscape during Museum Night.
Léa Valet is a multidisciplinary artist. Her mediums of predilection are ink drawing, engraving and micro-publishing, but her creative world also extends to other artforms. For several years now, she has been developing an artistic practice around bestiaries and cabinets of curiosities. Her work is divided between producing illustrations and leading graphic arts workshops: introduction to engraving, graphic design and micro-publishing.

Mudam LuxembourgPerformance – Ballet National Folklorique du Luxembourg21h45 – 22h30For the Museum Night 2025 at Mudam, the Ballet National Folklorique du Luxembourg, of undeniable international renown, will present an emblematic piece from its repertoire: the famous Pigeon Dance.
Its artistic director, Mr. Chevalier, the enfant terrible of our folklore, will invite the public to take part in the choreography created as a tribute to Mudam, birthplace of this dance. A sensational solo spanning fifty years of Luxembourg’s cultural history, for an evening to be remembered.

The 7 museums can be explored by foot, by bicycle or – in order to facilitate the nightly tour – with the free shuttle busses that are available in addition to public transport throughout the evening. Benefit also from the free public transport to get to Luxembourg-City, and from the various Night Bus services for your return – offered by multiple municipalities, so that you do not have to rely on your own car. Please note that the tram operates only until 1:00 a.m. City Night Buses are available at all stops, except for two (Stadtgronn Bréck & Dräi Eechelen).

The Museum Night 2025 has received the logo ‘Green Events’ for its commitment to the environment. The logo is awarded by the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity in the framework of the ‘Green Events’ project. More information on: greenevents.lu
Our commitment to a more sustainable event is reflected in the following actions:
- Our communications have gone green! We print climate-neutral on recycled paper. And to further reduce our ecological footprint, the evening's programme is available exclusively online.
- Special shuttle buses! Along with free public transport, special shuttle buses will run between the seven museums throughout the evening. In addition to our beloved historic buses, we introduced 100% electric mini-buses! Take a look at our shuttle timetable. You can also use the free Night Bus services offered by multiple municipalities for a hassle-free trip back home. Further information: mobiliteit.lu
- Eat local and organic food! Discover a culinary offer that is partly local and organic, with vegetarian and vegan options.
- All reusable! This year, the museums are opting exclusively for reusable tableware and will no longer be handing out single-use gadgets.
Want to go the extra mile in supporting us? The museum shops will be open during the Museum Night. Don’t forget to bring your own bags — it’s better for the environment!
